Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Can a captain sign one waiver for the team?
A team entry and individual participation consent serve different purposes. Follow your reviewed signing requirements and collect records for each player or the appropriate guardian.
How should we handle substitute players?
Use the same signing and verification process as regular roster members. Add the correct team and season context so the substitute's record can be matched before they enter a game.
Does FlexWaiver manage league rosters and eligibility?
FlexWaiver stores signed submissions and supports search and CSV export. Your league still maintains its roster, eligibility decisions, and game-management process; staff use waiver records as one check within that workflow.
