Find an existing waiver, get its public signing link, and review submissions from your AI conversation.
The focused plugin connects your workspace to supported OpenAI hosts, with a waiver dashboard in compatible hosts and optional event coordination. No event is needed for everyday waiver lookup.

Ticket Tailor
Bring event attendees into an Operations batch, then manage their waiver requests alongside the group.
- 1. Connect. Add a Ticket Tailor connection in your workspace's integration settings.
- 2. Import. Select an event and import its attendees into a batch.
- 3. Follow through. Send signing requests, review completion, and run staff check-in in FlexWaiver.
Importing does not automatically send invitations. Check-ins recorded in FlexWaiver are not written back to Ticket Tailor.
Submissions → your audience
Mailchimp
Send contact information to your Mailchimp audience without a separate copy-and-paste step.
The connection sends the submission's email and available first and last name to your selected audience as a subscribed contact. It does not automatically filter contacts by a marketing-consent checkbox; use it with a collection process that supports that subscription.

Webhooks
Send submission events to a destination your team controls.
Use a webhook connection for a custom downstream workflow. Configure a signing secret, verify the signature and timestamp at your endpoint, and test delivery before relying on it in daily operations.
A webhook sends events out of FlexWaiver; it is not a general-purpose customer API.
No connection required
A simple signing link
Sometimes the best integration is a link in the right place.
Add your public waiver link to a booking confirmation, your website, or a message you send yourself. This works without a native integration and is available on the free plan.
