Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Does a tumbling waiver cover stunting?
Not automatically. Stunts introduce shared lifting, catches, and elevated positions. Review the activity description before using a tumbling-only document for a cheer team or stunt clinic.
Should the waiver record an athlete's stunt position?
You can collect experience context, but roles may change. Describe the program's activities broadly enough to be accurate and let coaches assign positions through their normal training process.
Can our season waiver replace a competition release?
Do not assume so. Event organizers and venues may require separate documents. Track those requirements in your competition planning while retaining the gym's own signed participation record.
