Submission allowances apply across your organization. Webhooks use your plan’s integration connections. Analytics windows do not limit retention of your signed records.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is one completed waiver record received through a signing form. Opening a link or viewing a waiver does not count. The allowance is shared across your organization’s forms; it is not a separate allowance for each form.
When does my allowance reset?
Free-plan usage resets on the first day of each calendar month at midnight UTC. Paid-plan usage follows the subscription period shown in your account’s billing settings.
What happens if I reach the limit?
New submissions are blocked when your allowance is used up. Upgrade before reaching the limit to keep collecting, or wait for the next usage period. There is no automatic per-submission overage purchase.
Can I use a tablet as a kiosk on Free?
Yes. Kiosk signing, shareable signing links, and QR codes are available on every plan. Kiosk submissions count toward the same submission allowance as online signing. You provide the device and internet connection.
What does an integration connection mean?
A connection is a configured integration in your organization. Starter allows two connections in total, including webhooks; Professional has no connection-count limit. Webhooks send submission events to a destination you configure.
Can I send signing links by text or email?
You can copy a signing link into your own text messages or emails. A shareable link does not include a platform-sent SMS service.
Can I add my logo and remove FlexWaiver branding?
Yes. Both Starter and Professional let you upload your logo and turn off the “Powered by FlexWaiver” branding on your signing experience.
What happens to records if I cancel or change plans?
Plan changes and subscription cancellation do not automatically delete waiver records. Records are retained while your account remains open. Analytics history limits are reporting windows, not signed-record retention limits. Account deletion is a separate action; see our privacy policy for retention details.
How do I choose a paid plan?
Create your free account first, then choose Starter or Professional in billing settings. Review the price and billing terms at checkout before subscribing. No credit card is required to start on Free.
