Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Should a seated simulator share the free-roam waiver?
Only if the agreement clearly covers both setups. Moving seats, restraints, walking boundaries, and shared arenas introduce different considerations that may justify separate versions.
Can the waiver promise guests will not get motion sick?
No. Explain that discomfort can occur and give a clear way to pause. Staff should discuss the available experience and respond when a guest wants to stop.
When should we ask about headset fit?
Provide a way to raise questions before arrival, then check fit in person before launching the game. A signed form cannot establish whether that headset is comfortable or suitable for a particular guest.
