Driver full name and date of birth
I will obey marshal signals and the track's passing and contact rules.
Signature
- 01
Driver and race-session identity
Identify the driver, event date, and booking group. Ask which junior, adult, or other kart session they booked without treating that selection as permission to drive.
- 02
Track and kart activities
Name the track, rental kart type, practice or race format, and any passenger activity offered. Include outdoor surface and weather conditions where relevant.
- 03
Driving risks and conduct
Describe speed, braking, impacts, spins, and contact with barriers. State the track's passing, intentional-contact, flag, and marshal-instruction rules in plain language.
- 04
Eligibility and equipment requirements
Insert your height, control-reach, footwear, helmet, restraint, and impairment policies. Explain that staff make the final kart-fit decision after arrival.
- 05
Guardian and emergency contacts
Collect the minor driver's guardian identity and emergency contact. State whether the guardian must remain on site and how staff handle participation questions.
- 06
Agreement and driver signature
Add reviewed release language and the appropriate adult or guardian signature. Keep the accepted agreement connected to the named driver rather than only the reservation holder.
Put it into practice
Make arrival easier for your team.
- 01
Ask private-event organizers to forward the link to every driver and guardian
- 02
Verify waiver completion before moving guests into helmet fitting
- 03
Keep a clear staff handoff between registration, kart-fit checks, and race briefing
Before publishing

Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Does completing the waiver reserve a race or kart?
No. Keep race purchases and scheduling in your booking process. The waiver records consent; track staff still assign sessions and check each driver's suitability for the available kart.
Should junior racers have their own waiver?
Use a guardian-consent structure approved for your operation. A separate version can make sense when junior kart rules, adult attendance, or race formats differ from adult sessions.
Can we copy another track's height requirement?
Use the requirements for your equipment and operating procedures. A published height threshold from another track does not establish pedal reach, restraint fit, or eligibility in your karts.
