Can the school or company organizer sign for everyone?

Do not assume booking authority includes consent authority. Define your participant and guardian signing requirements, then use the organizer to distribute the link and resolve missing forms before arrival.

Do low ropes activities need different wording?

Usually they need a different activity description. Ground-based balance tasks, team contact, and spotting differ from harnessed aerial travel. Include only the elements and responsibilities used in that session.

Does the form replace the practice course?

No. A signature records consent; staff still need to teach and assess the required procedures. Keep practice completion distinct from waiver completion when deciding who can enter elevated elements.
