Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Should a zipline waiver explain how guests brake?
Describe the responsibility appropriate to your system, then teach the procedure in the briefing. Some courses use staff or automatic braking; copied hand-braking instructions could be wrong for your installation.
Does signing confirm that a harness will fit?
No. Staff must perform the required eligibility and fitting checks. Explain this before arrival so guests understand that a booking and signature do not guarantee course access.
What if a participant becomes afraid of heights?
Explain the available early-exit and assistance process accurately. Give guests a chance to raise concerns on the ground, and let staff manage assistance according to the course's operating procedures.
