An illustrated workflow: ask, find your waiver, share its link.

A simple question.
A useful next step.

Choose your organization and waiver, then ask for the record or link you need. In compatible hosts, the built-in waiver dashboard lets you browse waivers and search submissions alongside the conversation.

No event setup is required. Your regular studio, gym, or activity waiver is enough to get started.

Try asking

  • “Show my organization's waivers.”
  • “Get the public signing link for our studio waiver.”
  • “Find submissions from Alex for that waiver.”

Published waivers have reusable public signing links. Search results show submission records, which may include more than one submission from the same person.

  1. 1. Add the plugin connection

Where your host supports custom remote MCP connections, use the focused plugin endpoint:

    https://app.flexwaiver.com/api/mcp/plugin
  2. 2. Connect your FlexWaiver account

Sign in and authorize the requested access. The plugin uses your existing organization membership and permissions.

  3. 3. Pick a waiver and get to work

Ask to list your waivers or open the Waiver dashboard in a compatible host. Choose your organization, select a waiver, and review submissions or retrieve its public signing link.

Keep signing requests connected.

For a scheduled group, use the optional event tools to review attendees and signing requests. Owners and admins with the appropriate permissions can create events and requests, and send requested invitations with send access.

Let AI get the first words down.

AI drafting lives in the FlexWaiver web app. Describe your activity, generate an editable waiver, and review it before sharing. Then use the plugin to find the waiver and keep up with submissions.

Can I use FlexWaiver from ChatGPT?

The OpenAI plugin endpoint is designed for supported OpenAI hosts, including ChatGPT custom MCP connections where available. Connection options and dashboard support depend on your host and account. Contact us for setup help and current availability.

Do I need to create an event first?

No. Choose your organization and an existing waiver to get its published public signing link or review submissions. Events are optional, for coordinating a specific group and its signing requests.

Does the plugin draft or publish waivers?

No. Create and edit waivers in the FlexWaiver web app, where AI-assisted setup is built in. The plugin works with existing waivers, submissions, and optional event workflows.

Can it tell me who still needs to sign?

For an event with a roster and signing requests, it can review request status. For a standalone waiver, it can show received submissions, but it has no expected guest list to identify missing signers.

What information does the plugin return?

It returns organization and waiver details, public signing links for published waivers, participant names and emails, submission timestamps, and operational status. Private signing credentials, raw answers, and editor content are excluded from plugin responses.

Less hunting for links. More getting on with it.
