Model Context Protocol integration
Your waiver workflow.
Your AI assistant.
Bring FlexWaiver into the tools you already use to get work done. Connect your AI assistant to find waivers, review submissions, and work with your team's Operations data.
Less switching. More doing.
Ask a question.
Work with the answer.
An assistant can discover the operations FlexWaiver supports, then use them in the context of your request. Your organization stays explicit, so the work stays connected to the right business.
Available operations cover waivers, templates, submissions, analytics, audit logs, branding, batches, invitation records, and staff check-in.
Try asking
- “List the waivers in my organization and show which are published.”
- “Find recent submissions for our climbing waiver.”
- “Show the signing requests for our Saturday group.”
Your assistant uses the connected workspace's records and the permissions you authorize.
Connect your workspace
One endpoint.
Your existing sign-in.
You'll need a FlexWaiver account and a compatible remote MCP client with OAuth support.
1. Add the remote MCP server
In your client's MCP connection settings, use:
https://app.flexwaiver.com/api/mcp2. Sign in and authorize access
Follow the FlexWaiver sign-in flow and review the requested permissions. Access follows your current organization membership; actions that change data require an owner or admin.
3. Choose your organization and ask
Start with a lookup. The server's
searchtool discovers supported operations;executeruns them. Sending invitations and managing settings need additional permissions beyond the default read/write grant.

What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol is a standard for connecting AI assistants to tools and data. FlexWaiver provides a remote MCP server so compatible clients can work with your waiver workspace after you sign in and authorize access.
Which clients can connect?
Use a client that supports remote MCP, OAuth authorization, and the search-and-execute Code Mode workflow. Client capabilities vary; contact us if you want help checking your setup.
Can an assistant change records or send invitations?
Yes, with the required permissions and an owner or admin account. Read access is required for every operation. Writing records, sending invitations, and management actions such as publishing each require their corresponding scope.
How is this different from the OpenAI plugin?
The MCP server exposes a searchable catalog for broader agent workflows. The OpenAI plugin offers a focused set of waiver, submission, and optional event tools, plus a dashboard in compatible hosts.
