Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Can open gym and coached classes share an agreement?
They can share a structure when activities match, but explain the supervision in each setting. A participant should know whether a coach leads every attempt or staff supervise a shared open session.
Should every new obstacle trigger a new waiver?
Review whether the change introduces a new activity, risk, or access rule. Course layouts may vary within an existing scope, while materially different equipment or programs may need revised terms.
Can the form replace a safety video or orientation?
No. Use the agreement to introduce expectations, then demonstrate obstacle access, queue spacing, and landing-zone rules. Staff should confirm participants understand the current course before attempts begin.
