Signature
- 01
Rider and session identity
Record the rider, session, experience, and bike type. Distinguish a beginner skills clinic from a guided ride or lift-served park visit.
- 02
Terrain and progression scope
Name trail grades, descents, technical features, or jumps actually included. Explain how riders can inspect, bypass, or decline a feature.
- 03
Riding and trail risks
Describe falls, speed, loose surfaces, trail obstacles, and interactions with other users. Include shuttle or lift travel only when part of the booking.
- 04
Bike and protective equipment
State helmet and protective-gear requirements. Explain the reporting process for brake, tire, or suspension concerns and distinguish rental handoff from personal equipment.
- 05
Coaching and emergency procedures
Set expectations for spacing, stopping locations, fatigue reporting, and group regrouping. Identify an emergency contact and access limitations on remote trails.
- 06
Reviewed consent and signature
Include participation and release wording tailored to the session. Identify guardian authority for youth and keep the signed scope linked to the ride date.

Questions to settle
Review before you publish.
Is this also a bicycle rental agreement?
No. It plans participation in trail riding or instruction. If you supply bikes, add a distinct rental process covering equipment condition, permitted use, returns, and reviewed financial responsibilities.
Should riders acknowledge every jump in advance?
Describe the terrain offered and the process for choosing features. Riders still need a chance to inspect or decline obstacles on the day; a form does not establish readiness for a particular jump.
What changes for e-mountain bikes?
Identify permitted bike types, trail access rules, assisted acceleration, and any battery or transport procedures relevant to your service. Do not assume a conventional-bike description adequately covers the equipment provided.
